Hello,

I am getting into making yeast starters. I used the DME that came with my yeast starter kit, but now I want to buy in bulk. I brew mainly ales, is there a particular DME that could recommend? Links would be great!

literally any DME will work. It just depends on how you feel about some residual wort/beer from it going into your beer. Do you want a few mL of dark beer being blended into your golden ale when you pitch the yeast?

I go for the lightest I can find at the store. Pilsner/extra light if I have a choice
