This year I grew some hops for the first time and ended up with about 1.3 oz of hops. I had planted centennial and culumbus hops but the label sticks got sun-bleached so I'm not totally sure if I have 80% culumbus & 20% centennial or the other way around; one plant did much better than the other and it all got mixed together when I dried them.
So here is what I'm looking to do
I want to make a beer that uses only the 1.3 oz that I grew but I know that that's not much to work with. I really don't want to do a half batch but it's not completely off the table.
Any advice? Recipes?
