I'm planing making two 5,5 gal (21l) batches, one for me - not to bitter (30 IBU) but with some hop aroma and maltiness, and another one for my SWMBO even less bitter (20 IBU) and more malty. This is what i have:

Pilsner (2 Row) 22,05 lb (10kg)
Munich Malt - 13L 2,2 lb (1kg)
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L 2,2 lb (1kg)
Aurora 3,5 oz (100g)
Styrian Goldings 3,5 oz (100g)
Magnum 3,5 oz (100g)
Cascade 7 oz (200g)
3 pkgs US-05

Need some advice about the grain bill and hop additions.
I was thinking combining magnum and cascade for my batch, and aurora and s. goldings for hers.

Make yourself a pale ale with some pilsner and all of the munich and a touch of the crystal. And the magnum and cascade. The rest can be for her beer.

9# Pilsner
2# Munich
.5# Crystal/60
1oz cascade 60min
.5oz cascade 30min
.25oz cascade 15min
.25oz cascade flameout

Mild enough that i bet both of you will enjoy!

Not a bad idea, maybe i'll try something like this...

@christpuncher123: I dont have enough munich for two batches like that, and the idea was to use most of the ingredients and to make something she wont drink as much, i can drink almost anything :mug:
