Next week a local brewery is selling 310 gallons of un fermented wort to our homebrew club. Each person is buying as much as they want. The idea is that each person would do something different to it and see the differences. We will be having a competition with the finished beers in January.

So my question is, what should I do with my wort? Here is what the wort will be:
1.056 OG
95% English Pale
5% English Crystal 30L
35 IBUs Bravo at 60 Minutes

I will be getting 10 or 15 gallons and would like to do something different with each carboy.

Let's hear your ideas!

Come on guys, those are pretty tame suggestions! I want some crazy sh!t here!

Boil the wort again, and hop it to your liking.

I'd do a simple 30 minute boil, and hop burst it

Definitely hops and I'd probably also use three different yeasts.
Mind if I ask what they sold it to you for?

I'd eis one of them. Add a ton of honey to the other and make it a braggot. 3rd, no clue. Use WLP550 at 75F, then lager it for a few weeks after primary

I've participated in a couple of these. The first time, there was a guy who added Belgian sugar and made a Belgian beer. I thought that was a good idea. In our contest, you were only allowed to add 1 pound of fermentable sugar. The beer that won, the brewer just added hops.

To challenge yourself, make 3 completely different beers. Try a Belgian with the candied sugar and a Belgian yeast, then maybe something that showcases hops, and maybe you could lager the 3rd.

You can steep some dark stuff and make a stout. Heck, you could make a black IPA (or whatever the official name is) by steeping dark grains and adding more hops.

Now we're getting somewhere! I was thinking one should be a Belgian. The grain bill fits as is for a Saison, but a little dark sugar could be a Dubbel?

Hello, you had asked what they are selling it for. It's $10 per 5 gallons.
