Trying to brew without going to store. I have leftovers from a Hopslam I brewed. Can I do it/ should I do it? Which yeast? Any suggestions on when and in what order to do hop additions?here is what I have:
3lb Pilsen light dme
1 packet Nottingham
1 packet s-04
2/3 oz each hop variety
Chinook
Centennial
Amarillo
Citra
Columbus
Simcoe

Thanks for your help!

I suggest doing a half batch since you only have 3lb DME. And for that type of extract I would personally go for the S-04 yeast. The hops are enough to so something really hoppy if you so I would just do a hop schedule based on what you want the flavor/scent profile to be. You have a good variety there. Have fun!
