What to do with a 7.5gallon Sanke Keg

So about a year ago my friend left town and I "inherited" this Sanke Keg. I called the distributors in town and they won't take it back without a receipt. I wanted to just get the exchange for it and buy some more equipment.
Anyway I just bought this kit to convert an old miniFridge into a keggerator. I also bought 2 Conelius kegs with ball locks to go into the new kegerator. I currently have 2 6 gallon carboys which I am using to make Hard Cider which I plan on keging.

What would be the best use of the sanke keg? Another Fermentor?

This. Kegs are a huge expense for breweries.

Last year I ended up with 2 1/2bbl kegs due to a mix-up. Called the brewery. Turns out they had switched to microstar years ago and told me to just keep 'em.
