We're having those temps here. My solution is to start brewing at 5 AM. We're at least in the mid 50s at that point.
 
Hell yeah! Those brew days just give me another excuse to indulge...

Brewing is still fun when it's that hot outside, especially spraying off all the equipment, but for me at least, the hot weather we've been having makes it really difficult to hold my fermentations at reasonable temperatures!

Whip up a saison or two. They like the warmer temps.

Started off kegging @ 9am and 85*F.... Mashed in @ 3PM and 93*F... Boil started at 5PM @ 81*F... Average humidity for the day has been 71%... Haven't had a single brew yet today...
 
Funny that! Brewed a Dead Guy clone last weekend here in South Florida. 90F and torrential tropic rain all day.
