Okay so I have only made a few batches so my experience level is limited. Going to the local brew shop in the morning but still don't have any idea what to make for the weekend. The wife will be making some pear wine and I wanna BREW. Hey don't judge me just wanna spend some quality kitchen time lol. Tired of kits and my last brew was a partial mash Belgian Blonde. I have left overs from my last two batches. Anyone have a recipe or any ideas to use these?
Leftovers are as follows:
1.1 lb extra light dry malt.
15 oz of briess sparkling Amber dry malt
nugget 13.8 %
Cascade 8 %
Czech saaz 3.6 %
