What to add to NB speckled heifer-winter suprise

The summer moved to fast and now I have an All grain NB Speckled Heifer unbrewed in my fridge.

I'm thinking about splitting it into two 2.5 gallon batches or 5 1 gallon batches and add different flavorings.

I believe the recipe is a creamy, light tasting ale.

I have a bucket full of Jalapenos ready to be picked and this will be one addition.

Any thoughts on other additions?

It will be fun to try these batches throughout the winter.
 
I used to make that recipe a lot a few years ago cheap to brew--I boiled a batch of it four years ago and used sweet potatoes in it & used pie seasoning I just winged it after looking through a bunch of pumpkin recipes it didn't last 24 hrs cracked it open on x-Mas eve day & only got two pints poured the next afternoon--I haven't made that SH recipe in awhile I'm thinking I was spending around $12.50 a 5 gal batch back then---
