I am new to brewing and I have been trying to do some small batches during these cold winter months - 1 gallon batchs I can do inside!
Additionaly I am using these small batches to perfect my brewing skills, but I have had mixed results! Under primed batches come out flat - over hoppped batchs smell like cat pee... but a few have worked out pretty well!
Trying to learn on small batches so as to avoid screwing up a bigger batch.
My question today is - WHAT DID I MAKE??????
I am curious what style this recipe sounds like to others.
BIAB (single pot)
started with 1.75 Gallons of water

So does anyone have an opinion as to what this will tasted like?
