I would go 20 gallon. I have a 100qt Exrtreme and I can do 12.5 gallon batches of beers up to 1.070 with just an inch or two of head space. I tend to brew high gravity in the winter. Even before I had a 25 gallon boil kettle I would fill the MLT and collect extra runnings and do 2 boils and blend them before pitching yeast. Not sure what size is between 52 and 100, but I would go 100qt for all styles. This is based on 75% efficency. Hope it helps.
