i have a honey amber ale thats ready to drink.
an octoberfest fermating planning on lagering till late sept
a helles which is fermating plan on lager it a couple months
a wheat beer i have to make
what should i do next????
 
I am a stout guy so I am going to say a stout.

I think I am going to try and brew an Oatmeal Stout next!
 
i actually made a stout but it was out of cans and i really didnt know what i was doing, but that does sound good.
 
I'm in the same boat as you. I bottled last night and can't stand to have an open ferementer, but can't decide what to fill it with. :confused:
 
do the wheat and get it "fermating", or at least fermenting. looks like you need to get some beer ready to drink soon, and wheats are quick beers.
 
im thinking about some clones like gennee cream ale, old english clone, high gravity clone or colt 45 clone dont know??? a german pilsner does sound good beacuse i have some german yeast.
