What kind of coupler is this?

Hi guys, first time poster with a question. I have the opportunity to buy these keg's super cheap but I no idea what coupler could be used for these keg's. Any insight would be appreciated.

They kind of look like a type A connector.

Thanks for your reply. It does kind of look like that. If you look closely there is a post which I have been told is the gas in, as a matter of fact apparently there is a single large coupler of some sort that connects to that small post as well as the center pont, that is what the guy who is selling the keg's told me. He just doesn't know what kind it is and where to find a coupler for it.

Google has been useless for me on this one.
