18 months later…
I am doing a 12 litre batch of a standard Saison and will throw 16g Ella in hopstand. Fermenting with Lallemand Belle Saison.
My Ella is from a HPA sample bag I was given when we toured the hop gardens and processing plant. It’s a few years old but has been frozen all the while and should have been as close to oxygen free as it gets. Smelled great when I opened the bag.
First attempt at a saison from me. Using Drew Beechum’s template recipe.
