There is weird stuff swimming in my rhubarb mead. It's been fermenting for exactly 2 weeks now and I noticed this white stuff floating around in there.
It looks a little bit like shredded cheese that stuck around in your fridge for too long...
What is this stuff and should I give up on this batch?

Recipe (if it helps):
-2 liters rhubarb juice
-3 liters of water
-1kg honey
-250g rhubarb syrup
-2,5g port wine yeast

Cant be 100% sure but... Looks like yeast to me that are starting to clump together. Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

If they change color. (Blue, Green, Orange and or get "hairy") kind of like cheese mold then you have a problem.
