I have a kolsch style brew from brewers best in a make shift secondary. (plastic bucket) It was in primary for a week but had a stable FG reading around day 5. The fermenting temp was stable around 72-74. I transferred it into secondary about 2 weeks ago. at day 10 in the secondary, the airlock started bubbling extremely slowly. I went to take a peek and taste the beer today and find what looks like someone took a very small pinch of onestep and sprinkled it onto the surface of the beer. The beer taste fine from I can sense....malty and with a slight slight slight bitter aftertaste. I am going to continue for a couple more weeks and then bottle as usual. I don't think its infected since it doesn't taste funny or nasty. I will try to post pics soon.
