I made a Pale Ale but due to a rookie mistake didn't get any bittering. So now I have a very sweet beer. Is there a named beer that is a basically a Pale Ale without the bitterness?

No, I put them in a mesh sock that was too small and they ended up being a really tight ball instead of dispersing.

It's actually very good, just not bitter.

I will get the recipe out tomorrow.
