What is og so low

Did a glucan rest, protein rest, beta rest and alpha rest and my og was 1.030 why??????? And I pitched with a London ale oh and it was a 6 row only and 5 hop additions.
 
10 lbs 6 row this is my mash tun and I didn't do a fly sparge either just a batch sparge

Feeler gauges from an auto parts store work great for adjusting the gap. If you did grind out too fine I've expect a higher efficiency with in turn gives you a higher extraction rate/gravity.
 
biggest problem might be those pants you are wearing, you don't go out in them do you?
Seriously tho we need to know more about your mash and sparge process.I certainly would expect a higher OG, tho I have never used 6 row before. Like you, the crush might be suspect.
