On the January/February 2018 issue of Zimurgy, page 33, there is a custom gadget from Mr. Thunstrom to construct a blowoff system. I am currently using Fermonster carboys and would love to build such a thing, however, I am having a hard time finding the pictured flange.
Does anyone know if it is a readily available part, or if it was custom fabricated, as was the sprinkler in the second part of Mr. Thunstrom contribution?
