Picked up ingredients for my first ESB and went over the Kombucha making process with an employee at my LHBS.
Brewed a saison with Mandarina Bavaria, will ferment with 3726 since the lhbs didn't have 3711.
Sounds like you lucked out.
3726 is a great farmhouse yeast.
So is what I have heard accurate? More fruity than 3711, but easier to work with than 3724?
