About 6 weeks ago i done some experimenting with different fermentations to see what i could create.
I made some cider that was bloody great.
Some mead that so far tastes like death.
But i also made a little mix of ingredients which consisted of:
1 litre of apple juice, 1 litre of white grape juice, about 15 sugar cubes and a spoonful of honey. I used cider yeast.
I just pored a couple pints of it and its rather nice with a slice of lime. Tastes like a weird wine.
I'm just a little intrigued to know if there is a name for a apple/grape mix.
