What happened to my wort chiller?

Tonight in preparation for tomorrow's club brew day, I was cleaning my pot with the wort chiller in the pot. I used Oxyclean to do the job. Well I rinse everything off with cold water and saw this. What happened? How can I fix it?

It's hard to see from the picture, but if it's tarnish some vinegar should make it shine.

dilute solution of vinegar(half n half), or a short soak in starsan will do the trick as well. since it only looks like tarnish(dull) and not patina(greenish/white). patina MUST be scrubbed off prior to any acid solution soaking.
