What going on here?

This is my first all-grain brew. Everything was sweet then suddenly this appeared. I can describe it as those tiny bean bag chair beans.

Been a few weeks and it hasn't cleared away.

Probably just yeast stuck to the side of the fermenter. Did you plug your spigot with a plastic baggy and a rubber band? I don't think your yeast can reproduce if you give your fermenter a condom.
