What extract is 3lb British pale malt, and 2 lb Flaked Barley equal to?

Received the 5 lbs of grain as a gift but I'm only set up for partial extract brews. I'd like to get an idea of what extract the above would make so I can buy it's extract companion and brew away :D

Yooper says generally 1 lb malt = .75 lb liquid extract = .6 lb dried extract. I am not sure, however, how flaked barley would correlate to an extract, if at all.
 
You could partial mash the grains, then top up with extract. 5 lbs is a good stove-top size partial mash. You can't really get the effect of flaked barley without a mash.
