What draws you to a new craft brewery?

What draws you to a new craft brewery/brewpub? What catches your attention? What do you look for?

Beer. Really.

Decent food and distinctive beer. Ale Asylum in Madison usually has 3 or 4 experimental beers
going, some which I had 2 years ago and now are solid staples. I like to say its like seeing Michael Jordan play in HS, great player as a kid and hall of fame as a pro.

The fact that it's new, and it's a craft brewery. :cross:

Seriously though, I'm open to trying most new breweries. I'm not a huge fan of sours, so I'm a little more reluctant if that's their specialty.
