I decided to put a recipe together with ingredients I like and not worrying about style. 60% maris otter 35% wheat malt and 5% midnight wheat. .5 oz bravo@ 60 1 oz centennial @10 min 1oz of cascade and 1oz of Amarillo@ flameout. Wlp 001.
 
Whenever I've used midnight wheat, I've ended up with a burnt plastic flavor. So I'd be a little jumpy about going to 5% with it. But the rest looks pretty darn good. You'll have to let us know how well the MO and wheat malt work together.
