I decided to put a recipe together with ingredients I like and not worrying about style. 60% maris otter 35% wheat malt and 5% midnight wheat. .5 oz bravo@ 60 1 oz centennial @10 min 1oz of cascade and 1oz of Amarillo@ flameout. Wlp 001.

Sounds tasty. Kind of a black wheat IPA? What color do you get from the midnight wheat?

The midnight wheat is 550 L. It will be about 22srm

Whenever I've used midnight wheat, I've ended up with a burnt plastic flavor. So I'd be a little jumpy about going to 5% with it. But the rest looks pretty darn good. You'll have to let us know how well the MO and wheat malt work together.
