Dirnk it, share a lot, wash cheese in it and then smoke it (yum, but uses very little beer), make brine mix for smoked trout (ditto), make malt vinegar.
 
Eating fried fish everyday can probably kill you but the beers you are not so fond of make good beer batter. I've been know to marinate a pork butt in beer as well. I have a garden sprayer that is ONLY used at the grill ... 75/25 beer and Worcestershire sprayed on ribs, chicken, grilled veggies, etc. Beer cheese soup. Beer shampoo (be careful - drives the ladies over the edge. But really - drink more.
 
We drink it and share with friends. I've used some to make beer can chicken and even drunken beans. Sharing is the best though. Nothing beats giving someone a beer you made and they ask for seconds.
