What do I do with my glycol between batches?

So I built a window unit glycol chiller. Was a fun project and enjoyed it. But I don’t brew as consistently as I should.

So my question is about the glycol solution sitting in the igloo between batches. Leave it? Or drain it into jugs?

Leave it. It's not going anywhere. However, if you need to move that cooler more than once between brews (spill chance) it wouldn't be a bad idea to jug it.
