what do I do now?

I have been brewing a iipa for a little over a month now. 10 days ago I transfered it to the secondary carboy and dry hopped it.

I just tasted it and I like it so I'm ready to move on to bottling. The thing is, I just moved to a new residence and I can't find the instructions sheet that came with the kit.
I know it said something about adding in sugar but I need some help.

It's a 5 gallon batch, abv of 9.5%. This is my first attempt at brewing too.

Can someone give me some brief directions of what to do now?

Add about 3.75 oz of sugar to about 1 1/2 - 2 cups of water and boil for about 10 min. Let it cool a bit then add it to the bottom of your bottling bucket. Drain the beer onto the sugar, give it a gentle stir, and bottle away..

4-5 oz of corn sugar dissolved into 2 cups of boiling water. Put the 2 cups of sugar water into your bottle bucket and rack your beer on top of it.
