Korean style lettuce wraps: cola marinated pork roast, quick kimchi, and spicy sauce made with gochujang.

Spicy sauce and fresh pineapple in. Nothing left for the tacos except braising time and then a night in the fridge. Tomorrow's dinner.

Now back to the roasted chicken in red wine that is not for tonight either!! Lol

Man that looks good!! In fact all your food pics look great.

Shredded sirloin tip roast with arroz con habichuelas negras y amarillo's (rice with black beans and sweet plantains). This would make my grandmother proud!

That looks incredible. You're missing the Morcilla, though. :D

The Taco meat is tender enough that it's easy to break little pieces off and steal samples. I really wish we were eating this tonight!! Amazing recipe, but actually better if you let it sit overnight in the fridge before cutting up or shredding the meat and reheating for dinner.

Not cooking tonight, but trying to solve my "it takes way longer than it should cause I spend too much time trying to find spices" problem by building a spice rack for the back of my pantry door. It's coming together. Lots of more shelves to go in, and sanding, filling, priming, painting, hanging, and the bits that keep things from falling off the shelves to go.

I solved it this way (link below). I see you're way beyond doing it my way, but others might get an idea. I bought small tins, and clear printable labels, and put them all in drawers. One of the best things I've done. If anyone wants to do the same, i've got links to the tins, the labels, and a template I made to print onto the labels

I posted in this same thread before.
