It really looks good, especially with a bit of hot sauce, but doesn't that make everything better?

Tuna noodle casserole made with Cream of mushroom soup. This is one of those childhood meals that I feel very nostalgic about. Love this stuff.

Mom used to make that but with macaroni noodles. I actually called her while at the NHC to get the recipe from her. I keep forgetting to make it!
 
Last week I made a combination of Corn Chowder and Zuppa Toscana. With the exception that I did not add the Kale, because the kale I had was gone bad. I think the kale would have been awesome with it.

Sunday evening I made Triscuit Pizzas. Lay some Triscuits on a plate, top with sauce, ham, pepperoni, oinons, olives, cheese... You know, pizza toppings! Then microwave or toast until the toppings are hot and the cheese melts.
