Life is Tough, Stupid makes it Tougher
All right, reading through this thread again. We have some very talented people here at HBT. I wouldn't mind sitting down to a brew and meal with darn near anybody here. What a feast it could be.
I rolled a caribou tenderloin in some fresh ground pepper, Hawaiian Sea salt, rosemary, thyme, sage and stuffed some garlic cloves into slits this past weekend. I had it with some baby potatoes from our garden this past fall and a simple spinach salad.
Delicious!
