ok i'm stuck what coopers kit should i do next coopers Aussie pale ale or Canadian blonde which one shooed it be?

I have coopers aussie pale ale in the works as we speak. Quick question though, did you plan on adding extra hops?

Do the pale ale, its easy and I always felt it was ready in a few weeks. Do the Canadian as soon as your fermenter is free. the Canadian takes a bit longer and I found that my last few bottles were always nicest. This way you will have the APA to drink while you brew the Canadian blonde.

never added extra hops our really felt the need to.

Then do the Coopers stout, sparkling ale and European lager as these are excellent.
Good luck

J

I enjoyed the Canadian Blonde. Made last summer and added 5# of cherries in secondary and it came out very nice. Did take a little while to condition out though. Found it best after about 2 months.

Just did the coopers sparkling ale. I'll let you know how it tasts.
