Hi everyone! Hope y'all are doing fine! Say, I live alone and I own a 7.5 Anvil fermentation tank. What can I make in it that I might be able to refrigerate and drink fairly quickly? Is there anything other than beer I could make. Unless, someone knows of a fruity beer recipe I could try! I love fruit!
I want to make my wine/mead, but that is for next year and I am getting itchy to make something good to drink NOW!!!
Also, I was wondering if I can make 5 gallons of beer/Mead/wine, etc., in my 7.5 gallon tank or do I have to adjust the recipe?
Thanks so much for any recipes, ideas, or suggestions!!!

you could look up skeeter pee, this is a fermented lemonaide. I have never made it, but it sounds interesting. :mug:

I don't think anything alcoholic would be much faster than a pale ale. 2 weeks fermenting and 2-3 weeks bottle conditioning.

If you do extract with or without steeping grains, your pot can easily handle the beer. Most boil 2.5 - 3 gallons of wort then add top up water to get 5 gallons of beer.

You could also do a full boil but you would have to be very careful at the start of the boil to keep it from boiling over.

Oooo! That sounds good! Thanks! I don't mind waiting for a couple of weeks or months, I just want to make something!

Thanks so much! I don't mind waiting !I am just getting itchy to make something! I miss making my wine and thought making a quick beverage would help. I do not drink much, but one drink now & again I like!
I think it must be the craftsman and scientist in me. I remember making wine was so much fun and I felt like a chemist! Fun times!
