So I have a yeast cake sitting in my garage from a Brandon o graff recipe I made since nov. I did cover it with a piece on foil and sanitized it. My garage has been between 40 to as high as 70 My question is, is there anything interesting I can do with this? I remember watching a video of chop and brew where one of the guys left a yeast cake in his office and used it to make a sour. Does that seem right to any one? Just asking overall thoughts thanks.
