What burner should i get

i am making a new keggle system and i want to know what i should get for a burner. It needes to be cheap but functional for 15 gallons of wort. i was looking at this but i dont know if it would be good enough?

are you looking for stand alone burners to say put in a brew rig or like a turkey fryer setup, burner and stand in one?
