HB Irish Stout. Still trying to decide how I feel about this one. Now I wish I had a real Guinness to compare to. Mine is definitely more roasty and has something different going on. Pretty good beer, but not a true clone… still won’t stop me from drinking it. At least I don’t think I’ll be dumping it like the last several batches I tried.
Thinking about brewing a Vienna lager this weekend too.

Visited Treehouses Deerfield location yesterday. First time since they opened for pours

And when in Deerfield? Drop a line. Did some scouting and just brought the reel. No waders did wonders on the feet after playing golf. These two had mad skills. This location is probably 10 minutes down the road. The Deerfield is one of the top fly fishing rivers in Mass

Post brewday celebration, went well, couple points low on OG but signs of fermentation 1 hour after after pitching. This is a fine beverage.
