Taste like they boiled with Maple. None of the flavor like extract would get you. But great feel and a solid brown by itself. Impressed with these 2 limited additions.

For each anniversary release local celebrated winemakers compete at blending the perfect beer.

This XVIII release From Firestone:
38% Parabola aged in bourbon barrels, 16% Helldorado aged in bourbon & brandy barrels, 16% Bravo aged in bourbon & brandy barrels, 14% Stickee Monkee aged in bourbon & brandy barrels, 5% Velvet Merkin aged in bourbon barrels, 4% Hydra Cuvee aged in bourbon barrels, 3% Wookey Jack, 2% Ol' Leghorn aged in new American oak, 2% Double Jack.

At Charles towne fermentory. Starting with Pacifica pils and dark check lager. Both very good. The pils is amazingly fresh/crisp. Never had Pacifica hops but I dig them both.

So extra sunny DIPA just released today is a bit green and a little burn, but the brighter one in the picture is the beagle lander spelt pale ale which is great!

Last 5oz pour at the brewery. RALF zwickelbier. Description says hazy but it’s not. Its crystal clear. Actually digging this and the Pacifica pils checked in earlier.

Finally got some Liberty Ale to compare my clone. Liberty quite a bit darker but tastes quite similar. Was under the impression Liberty was just 2-row and cascade - which is what the flavor is but color different.
