Casita brewing, Querido y Perdido. Haven't always been the biggest fan of stouts with chiles but this is one of the best Ive had year after year. Great balance between cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, and the chiles. You can actually pick out all those flavors. pretty damn smooth for 11% too.

This is kind of my house no boil hazy. Always looks similar but i swap the ingredients. I love how the foam is so dense it makes shapes in the glass. Lacing is excellent too. This one is citra and galaxy.

The new place we moved to last month has a sweet basement that I’m slowly getting organized. Funny how that stuff tends to get done during her streaming marathons and a few beers at a time. But I’ve managed to get the brew room all set up, hopeful that it’s ready for action next week.
