Collective Arts Brewing 'Good Monster' NEIPA is going down waayyyy too easy tonight, with +32ºC (89F) temps even into 20:50. I think the whole of North America must be in a heatwave...Whewph!

Homebrewed Amber ale I've dubbed Triumphant Reinforcements. Originally fermentation stalled out around 1.022 on this batch. After the first gallon and a half I decided I wasnt happy with it so I made another small batch of wort (with some minor tweaks) to top it back up to 5gal, pitched new yeast and refermented everything. Got her down to 1.012, and now I'm happy with it
Last of my HB 3-Hop WCIPA...sigh. Amazing how clear it has become in only a few short weeks. Must be the extra hot days lately. Cheers!

Vienna / Amarillo SMaSH (ish). Added 8oz caramunich I cuz I like slightly darker APAs and bittered with .33oz Columbus cuz its cheaper.

Tonight it’s gonna be my Hefe style wheat braggot. It’s a good easy beer to drink after a day working in a loader.
This 'Moraband' sour lasted about 5 mins after I opened it.

To this day that recipe is the best beer I ever brewed. It’s been over a year since I brewed it and I still crave it. This was my version.

Second beer tapped this week. This is special.
Hb NEIIPA at 7.8% abv dryhopped with Bru1 LUPOMAX & t90 pellets, Vic secret, and Citra LUPOMAX. Might be my best beer ever. Taste like it was brewed by monkish. No joke.
