I've settled on Wyeast 3787 Trappist. But the heavy stone fruit is intreging.

A blend of OYL20 and Lallemand Abbaye. Finished out at 11.55%.

Yeah my LHBS only stocks White Labs, no Wyeast. Weirdly enough, they do stock Omega.
