Espresso before the kids go to bed. Take care of the Easter things then help my friend lay down some pad and carpet.
Was that a true barrel? They seem harder to find these days.View attachment 623113
HB Bourbon barrel red
Yes! I got it from AIH, and I think Williams May have some now. 5 gallons not so common. Locally the smallest I can get is 30 gallons. Way too big for me to handle. Was that a true barrel? They seem harder to find these days.

Balcones stopped doing 5gal batches...think thats the issue. 30gal of BA...that should last a couple months! [emoji39]View attachment 623123

@PianoMan My intention with this Märzen was to wait to tap it in September but obviously I didn’t wait. It’s my first attempt at my own recipe (inspired from about 4 I saw online when researching the style). I like the taste and it’s 5.8%. I don’t follow husker football, but do like to watch the lady husker volleyball team on PBS in the winterThe Feistbeir is my first lager but in theory have till October to clear. Guarantee it won't last tho! Especially when it gets 110F here. You happen to catch the Huskers Spring Game?
Slacking last couple of weeks
