Well my birthday was a month ago, too; you can drink one for me.

Well, you made me have a water.

She might've been a little aggressive from the looks of the wine opener in the background. Lol.
Yes, funny. She pulled the cork on a Rose though the tool was in play and she wasn't afraid to use it. It turns out that you just pull each beer from the cover. Foreign to me until it isn't.

Love terminator 2 pin! Someday she will be mine.
Had a pristine Pinbot for many years. Kicking myself for getting rid of it. Brew pub plans are to have a couple of these and a 100 games in 1 console.

Before it gets too old IPA with the real Pianoman. Evgeny Kissin. Educating the grandkids...I'm such a fun papa! [emoji6]

I've got a project Time2000 pin that I've got to work on at some point. Kids first pin was the terminator 2 pin so I'd like to get one for nostalgia reasons.

awesome photo. You get coffee? Okay, I think the ship sailed on my ability to distinguish actual tastes after four or five drinks from the glass. I'm enjoying the heck out of this beer!
I didn't check the fingers...they get in the way alot. Wanted to visit Rubicon when we we're in South Lake Tahoe in June..maybe next time.

What am I drinking now? Anyone remember a guy named Charlie Papazian?

In his first book he had a recipe for Barkshack Ginger Mead. I've made a couple of batches since 1994 and just recently found a few (7, make that 6 - 750ml) bottles (and 1 large one) that I bottled on Oct 29, 2007. So, tonight it's just 17 days short of being 11 years in the bottle.

It is balanced quite nicely, sweet on the lips and slightly dry on the tongue, very light body, with a light taste of honey, some peach/pear fruitiness and the flavor of ginger. A lot like a nice light white wine. Every flavor in this is "light" with honey and ginger. I'm a half of a glass in and my ears are getting really warm. Very nice indeed. OK, now my face is flushed (you know the feeling).

I did not use a flash, did not make lighting adjustments, etc. The color you see is the color it is.

Thanks for the LIKES guys! They are appreciated. I only wish I could share it with people who would enjoy a glass of "wonder"...
