It was crappy coffee for dinner tonight. Freezing fog was moving in (again) so I hauled to get home before it got really bad.

Beautiful during the day though. Everything was covered in about an inch of frost.

Wtf is freezing fog? That's some kind of horror movie situation you have there.

Concur. Room temp, and just a drop or two. As in, from the tips of your fingers. Makes a huge change in the flavor. Some scotches, I have preferred neat, some with the hint of water trick.

A good trick to keep from getting too much water is to give the glass a rinse before pouring.

It's fog that freezes to stuff that's cold. Like trees, fences, power lines, signs, grass, etc. Makes anything already slippery about 100x worse.

Also the density can change in a matter of a tenth of a mile from 1 mile-ish visibility to "I can't see past the bumper".

Makes life interesting and everything looks beautiful.

So do the trucks up north come with insulted doors? That would suck driving around in all that snow with a flimsy sheet metal door to protect you. I don't think I've ever seen a truck with its door closed down here.

I think those are colors you are tasting. All I can pick out is drink it again or shot gun it and never buy it again.
