Lol, it was a chuck roast on the grill as low as it would maintain 225 with a couple smoke bombs. It is good for what is is..... But yes, no blood equals fail. Taste great... But I will own the fail.

The still awake baby likes it.... Still failing.

My passed out on the couch wife liked it. Fail.

Essentially, instead of babysitting a grill and pan of seasoning for two hours, I could have grilled that ****er in 8 minutes, enjoyed it more, and been asleep a while ago leaving swmbo to baby. Flocc.
