How is it? I still have not had a barrel aged one. I just keep sending them to people to support my local brewery buying barrels.

It's pretty sweet, but not obnoxiously so. Overall, it's a damn solid BA Barleywine.

Not if you use half a bottle. It is like taco sauce. I think the Qdoba people hate me, I always ask for a fresh bottle and destroy it.

Sriracha for EVERYTHING else.
