SonRise vs Mosaic.

I will not say mine is better, because I'm too humble. Mosaic is world friggin class though, and I got really close. I'm missing something in the nose, and I was way short on the OG. All in all, I'd go back to my original recipe over what's in the glass here. The cascade I added didn't do it any favors.

Long story short I just walked in the door from work and drank 2 beers at once. I should do that more often.

Every time someone kills multiple fish on here, I get kinda jealous. I have one in a fridge that no one will bring to me. How does it age? By the time I get it I'll have to make a Billy Klubb style video of a thirty year old IPA.

Ima invite myself to his house while he's in Cali.

I buy em by the case. They have them at costco around here.havent really had an @Billy-Klubb cellar aged Bud Light aged one yet. Stop on by. I will be happy to share. Heck I will send you some if you want. They arent really homer beers though. These were bottled on 5/10
