Lemon/thyme. Glad you like it. I prefer the first version (plain/coriander), but mostly because it was much more sour.

Batch 5 released at the brewery the Friday before American Craft Beer Week. Was sold out pretty much everywhere within a day of hitting stores. Most stores it never even makes it to the shelf. The ones where it does, it's only because they limit it to one or two bottles per person. It's due to be on an every 2 month schedule this year, though (roughly). Should see an increase next year, though, when Andrew's new hop contract takes effect. Right now, it varies from batch to batch depending on what he can get on the spot market. Batch 4 has been my favorite so far. Truckload of Citra. Batch 5 has a lot more Simcoe presence. Batch 6 is due in July some time.
