I am of the opinion that Einstein got that wrong. Doing something over & over and expecting different results is not insanity, it's stupidity.

Oh and if anyone knows anything about Evil Twin's biscotti break, that bottle was a 750ml, which is not how it's been bottled since. It was 8.4% as well, which is unlike what it is today. I'm trying to figure out how rough I feel. Based on last night's bottles, I feel as though I'm oddly decent. I know I'm a bit rough, but not like I thought I should be. Now, I did come home and drop a container of guacamole on the floor from the fridge which caused it to open. Once that stuff hits the air it seems to go fast, so I had chips and guac at about 11:30. BAD choice...hi heartburn at 3 am.

I don't even have the shakes so I'm wondering if I got drunk but not hammered drunk. I even remember the ride home so....

I had one of those 'once in a lifetime' dinners last night at Restaurant Nora - the US' first certified Organic restaurant.

No pics as it was one of 'those' types of restaurants, but it was definitely an experience. Left with a much, much, MUCH lighter wallet.

Those are weird mornings. When you feel too good for how much you drank last night but not all the way to "why do I feel like I was not drinking at all last night?"

I am realizing that I need to cut back on weeknights unless I stay up late drinking with friends. Hangover recovery seems to be worse and worse every year.

A tip on the guac. spritz the top with a little lemon juice and take some plastic wrap and press it down to keep the air off the guac. It greatly increases its already opened lifespan. Guac is like beer. It hates oxygen.
