Amen. I ran to my lhbs today and grabbed stuff for a strawberry blonde to brew now and for a batch of zombie dust to do tomorrow hopefully. I figure might as well get a few beers into the fermenters before I go on vacation later in the week.

Brewing a Rye Saison which will be primary for at least a month. I will then have A farmhouse rye. A saison with Brett C, a golden sour and a Flanders Brown-ish ale in fermenters none of which will be ready to drink anytime soon.
